Marobo Residents Celebrate as Governor Lusaka Commissions a New Borehole

Residents of Marobo in Kabuchai sub-county are rejoicing after Governor Kenneth Lusaka commissioned the drilling of a new borehole at Marobo Secondary School.

According to governor Lusaka the project is aimed at addressing water shortages in the area.

“Today I have commissioned the drilling of a borehole that will serve both the local community and educational institutions within the vicinity. My aim is to ensure that residents get water with travelling for long distances,” said the Bungoma governor.

Governor Lusaka emphasized his commitment to ensuring residents have access to clean and reliable water sources.

He outlined his ambitious plans to connect the entire county to a stable water supply system

Acknowledging the past struggles of women and children who had to travel long distances in of water, Governor Lusaka pledged to find lasting solutions for all residents.
