Matatu Owners Association President Albert Karakacha Mourns Tragic Loss of Lives in Kisumu-Kakamega Road Accident
The President of the Matatu Owners Association (MOA), Albert Karakacha, has expressed his deep condolences following a tragic road accident on the Kisumu-Kakamega road, which resulted in the loss of at least 10 lives.
