Mixed Bag For Bunge Athletics Team in Kigali, Rwanda
It was a cocktail of wins and losses for Bunge athletics team in the ongoing East African Community Inter-Parliamentary games in Kigali, Rwanda.
Mwala MP,Hon. Engineer Vincent Musau (Kawaya) bagged Kenya bronze (position two) in Men’s 100m race in heat one.Hon.Monica Muthoni (Lamu Woman Representative) was position two in women’s 100m in heat two.Hon. Josses Kiptoo (Emgwen) and Hon Paul Mwirigi (Igembe South) came third in men’s 400m heat two and one respectively.
Bunge staff who competed with their colleagues from Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi ran away with position one in men’s 4×100m relay.
