Morning Thought from Hon Kore
It was 27th July 2022 when I met Tawakal Football team training on their rocky pitch without uniform and on bare feet…without soccer boots… It was an evening I will never forget … I was on campaign trail and the elections were barely 10 days round the corner… they uplifted my spirits and gave me the much needed motivation… I promised that I will revisit the encounter and sure enough, I did and gifted them uniform and soccer boots and footballs yesterday through my team on the ground…
Thank you Tawakal once again… one good turn deserves another… I wish you all the best in your sports endeavors… I will always stand with you always in all ways!
