Mt Kenya people call for Limuru 3 to discuss issues affecting the community
Some Kenyans from Mt Kenya Region icluding elders, prominent persons , sales people and political leaders have come up with a decision to call for a community meeting called Limuru 3 to discuss issues affecting people of the mountain.
The need for Limuru 3 is set to discuss those issues that are affecting the people from the mountain and come up with solutions. People from that region are delighted as planning stages for Limuru 3 is underway. The emerging challenges should be addressed in order to save future generation.
The community have loss economically due to over taxation of commodities, closing of bars which majority of them are owned by Kikuyu community.
According to Jubilee Party Secretary Gereral Hon. Jeremiah Kioni policies have made overtaxing the region including macadamia, ovacadoes which are geared to ensure community remain poor.
“We have a problem as a community which is brought about by the person who taken the Ndabibi land. There are policies that have been made to push as to beggers and even we can’t make forder for our dairy cattle from an authority given by specific people and Kikuyu community is under siege” he stated
The people from mountain have loss political vehicle which was brought by greedy and selfish leaders who only cares for themselves but not the people who brought them to power.
“A community without a political voice or political vehicle is a very poor community . Jubilee is a national and a perty of choice all over the country. We are happy to hear our Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has started waking up to reality. Lack of understanding of what we are is what we are worrying about. Kioni narrated
This follows after Gachagua apologized to former President Uhuru Kenyatta and Mama Ngina Kenyatta at Kameme. Gachagua statement to Kameme should made in national language not to Kikuyu only.
“Mt Kenya region problem is big not only an apology to a local station but a rally. Actions deed by people from the mountain of insulting Uhuru and his mother were not on their on account but they were executing instructions on behalf”. Jubilee SG added.
The Murang’a women who visited Mukurueini wa Nyagathanga were unjustly accused of being Mungiki. The allegations showed conflict interest to those who need to ruin the community. Kioni said that people should not drag Gachagua to this since isn’t his thing. He added that the person behind this took Ndabibi farm.
