Contrary to online portrayals and misconceptions, the individuals in the video are identified as National Police Reservists (NPR) participating in recreational exercises as part of their ongoing training in Tangulbei, Baringo County.
The National Police Service issued a statement to address public concerns and offer reassurance regarding the nature of the video. According to the statement, the NPR trainees, who had not yet received their official uniforms, were engaging in their training exercises under the supervision of instructors. The exercise involved marching from their residences to the training ground within Tangulbei Town.
