Government services are very crucial to its citizens hence should be easily accessible. The accessed services should be efficient, effective and promptly delivered. All this can be achieved with the digitisation of the services. The Huduma Centres are really doing a good job. The introduction of one playbill number for all government services is a welcome move. This will help reduce cases of corruption in government.”
