Oscar Sudi Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

Kapseret Member of Parliament, Hon. Oscar Sudi, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership, Administration, and Management from Northwestern Christian University at The Eldoret National Polytechnic.
