Passaris Mourns Kiptum
Nairobi County Woman Representative The Honorable Esther Passaris has mourned the fallen athlete Kelvin Kiptum
In her condolence message, she noted:
“I am saddened to learn of the passing of Kelvin Kiptum and his coach, Gervais Hakizimana, in a tragic road accident outside Eldoret. At only 24, Kelvin’s talent was unmatched, and his passing leaves a void in our hearts and in the world of athletics. My deepest condolences to their families and loved ones.”
