PHOTOS: President Ruto Attends ordination of Rev Henry Juma
President William Ruto on Saturday attended the ordination and installation of Rev Henry Juma Odonya as Bishop of Catholic Diocese of Kitale.
The event took place at Kitale Show-Ground.
He takes over from Bishop Maurice Crowley.
Bishop Crowley had led the diocese since August 15, 1998.
“Where no wise guidance is, the people falleth; But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety. — Proverbs 11:14,” president Ruto wrote.
Those who accompanied the president Include Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Transzoia governor George Natembeya, Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii, COTU Secfretary General Francis Atwoli, Speaker Moses Wetangula, Senator Allan Chesang among others
