Governor Kenneth Lusaka’s Mother Laid to Rest in Bungoma
The late Mayi Rhoda Lusaka, mother to Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka, was laid to rest at her rural home in Mapera, Kamkuywa, Bungoma County. The emotional burial ceremony was attended by family, friends, and leaders from across the country who gathered to pay their final respects to the matriarch.
Governor Lusaka, along with his family, expressed deep gratitude for the support and condolences they received during this difficult time. He paid tribute to his late mother, describing her as a pillar of strength who greatly influenced his life and leadership.
“Go well, Mama. You will forever remain in our hearts,” Lusaka said during the ceremony.
