President Ruto Appoints Dr. Swarup Mishra as Chairperson of Kenya Biovax Institute Board
President William Ruto has appointed Dr. Swarup Mishra, the former Member of Parliament for Kesses, as the new Chairperson of the Board of Kenya Biovax Institute Limited.
