President Ruto Launches Dishi Na County School Feeding Programme
President William Ruto launched the Nairobi City County’s Dishi Na County School Feeding Programme.
He says the school feeding is a safety net for vulnerable households.
“It is a smart investment that makes a huge difference to the lives of our children. We will keep strengthening our partnership with counties and other stakeholders for the success of such programmes to boost enrollment and learners’ performance,” said President Ruto.
“We will be deliberate and focused in ensuring the successful implementation of programme. The government will increase the number of children benefiting from the programme from the current 1.6 million to four million,” he added.
