President Dr William Ruto says the Housing levy will give ordinary Kenyans access to Tenant purchase scheme and enable them own houses through the Affordable Housing Program
President Dr William Ruto spoke during the handobver ceremony for Buxton point apartments in Mombasa County where he said the Govt will set up AHP financing to enable everyone own a house
The also presided over the groundbreaking ceremony of the second phase of the project which he directed must include social housing,
The President also directed the County Government of Mombasa to align its housing agenda with the Affordable Housing Program policy so that hustlers can also be beneficiaries
