PS Dubat Meets His Asal and Regional Development Counterpart
Principal Secretary for East Africa affairs Abdi Dubat on Thursday was honoured to meet his newly deployed Counterpart PS Kello Harsama who will now oversee the ASALs and Regional Development docket.
PS Kello Harsama previously served in the portfolio of Crop Development in the Ministry of Agriculture.
