PS Lands Appears Before the Special Funds Accounts Committee
Principal Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning, Generali Nixon Korir appeared before the Special Funds Accounts Committee.
Led by the Vice Chairperson Dawood Abdul Rahim, the PS was invited to respond to queries raised by the Auditor- General on the Financial statements for land settlement fund for the financial year 2020/2021.
He also briefed the committee on 155 undistributed land (Kisima Njoro) for resettlement of Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) in Nakuru County and the 156 undistributed land- Mikanjuni farm in Kilifi County among others.
The PS was accompanied by Director of Land adjudication and Settlements Kennedy Njenga.
