Rare Gesture as School Principal Advocates for Boy Child Eeucation
Kuywa secondary School administration has raised an alarm over the rate at which boys are quitting Schools to boda boda business.
Isaac Musani,the school principal aver that the number of male students dropping out of schools is raising more questions than answers.
Speaking to parents and students during Sitikho ward bursary disbursement exercise,Mr.Musani called upon the parents and other stakeholders to come together and find the lasting solution to the stalemate.
“The number of male students dropping out of schools is alarming,not only at Kuywa secondary School but other schools in the region have been affected”he posed.
The head of school took the opportunity to thank the political leadership through area Member of county assembly Grace Sundukwa for her support for education in the area.
He promised to burn midnight oil to make sure Kuywa secondary School produce sterling results in the national exams.
He thanked cooperation from teachers, parents and board of management for coming together and see the school make strides.
Area MCA Grace Sundukwa also promised to work together with the school principal and other stakeholders to make sure boy child remain in school.
