Deputy Chief of Staff for Performance and Delivery Management, Eliud Owalo, has congratulated the newly elected Gor Mahia Football Club officials following successful elections held today at Nyayo National Stadium, Nairobi.Re-elected Chairman Ambrose Rachier will continue to lead the club, joined by Vice Chairperson Sally Bollo, Secretary General Nick Arum, and Honorary Treasurer Gerphas Okuku.A passionate supporter of the club, Owalo expressed full confidence in the new leadership’s ability to elevate Gor Mahia to greater success, both on and off the pitch.“Gor Mahia is more than a football team—it is a national institution with a proud legacy,” said Owalo. “I trust this new leadership will safeguard that legacy while pushing for continued excellence.”Currently third in the Kenyan Premier League, Gor Mahia remains one of Kenya’s most storied clubs. Established decades ago, the team has nurtured top-tier talent, some of whom have gone on to play in prestigious international leagues, including the English Premier League.
