Shock as a 40 years Old Woman Brings Home 40 kilograms Stone alleging Kts Her Dead Child

The villagers of pilot village in chepkolon sub location were treated to unusual burial ceremony when a 40 years old woman who is based in Bomet Town brought home a 4 kilograms stone wrapped with used clothes alleging that she delivered a baby and immediately died after birth.

The family members dug the grave and it is a kipsigis customary to view the body before burial.When tried to opened the sealed box, she refused.

The mourners insisted and when the box were opened they were shocked to find the stone wrapped with rags. The villagers became furious and she fled away.

The mourners planted a banana sucker in the graveside as it is a taboo in such a case.The matter has been reported at Merigi police station and the woman is still at large. Wonders never end.
