Song and Dance as Ummahat Integrated School Produces Top Student

There was a song and dance at Ummahat Integrated School after the school performed well.

Speaking to the press Chepkorir Ramadhan the top student who scored 410 marks said it was prayer, hard work, and determination that made her perform well.

“First of all I want to thank Allah for these results, I was happy to receive the information although I expected to get 430 marks I thank God for what I have gotten,” she said.

She says she wants to join Sheik Halifa secondary school and thereafter be a doctor.

Salma Mutai mother to Ramadan says “We thank God for this far, we had an expectation that she will do well and she always said she will surprise us and she just did it,”

Khadija Mohamed Yusuf the principal Ummahat Integrated School said they are grateful to God for the exemplary performance.

“This year we got a positive deviation compared to what we got last year. The school is owned by a woman group none profit making organization that is meant to help orphans and the needy,” she said.

“We thank parents and students for their hard work with such results we will get donors who will support the school and develop the secondary school,” she added.
The school had 17 candidates.

Mama Zainab one of the founders of the school their aim was to ensure that their children go to school despite them not getting a chance to go to school.
“As women, we came together for our children to go to school that is why we started this school We thank God for the performance we had and we hope to perform well next year. I advise parents to take their children who have performed well to good schools,” he said.
