TENP Chief Principal Receives Uniforms and Goal Pads for the Rugby Team
The Eldoret National Polytechnic Chief Principal Charles Koech on Saturday received Uniforms and goal pads for the Rugby team.
According to the Chief principal they were Donated by Churchill Shivachi a former Rugby player and a mentor of the youth through Rugby.
Churchill Shivachi is the founder and Coach of The Eldoret Rugby team dubbed “Project 61″ and is registered to play the Kenya Rugby Nation Wide League.
” This initiative aims to foster a sense of community engagement, provide avenues for job opportunities, and, most importantly, keep our students engaged in a positive and constructive manner,” he said.
” In addition to the male rugby team, we are keen on establishing a ladies’ Rugby team, ” he added.
