He says they are doing the walk to celebrate KDF officers, to appreciate them for serving the nation for sacrifices such as living their families behind for the sake of the country and that they are doing this in unison and oneness in the spirit of being Kenyans.
“Just know that we the civilians love you, we see what you are doing, and we appreciate you. So my good friends from the KDF I welcome you to come to join us, those ones that will be on leave and off you are highly welcome for us to walk the 47 kilometers,” he said.
This is the second edition KDF walk edition.
“The last year 2021 14th October we had a first edition where we walked from Kitale flyover to soy. Some of the KDF officers are our parents and friends, some come from the same village, some we schooled together so you are ours, and others come from within your community this is why we are doing this to make KDF officers appreciated,” he said.
“I walked 47 kilometers to celebrate the good work of KDF, I walked from Kitale to Soy by educating, entertaining, and preaching peace. Each Kilometer represented one KDF officer. I want to use my talents to benefit myself and all Kenyans,” he said.
He also called on residents where the walk will take place to come out in large numbers as they celebrate the good work
