National and County Governments; need to work together in Disaster planning, prevention, Mitigation, Preparedness,Effective Response and Quick Recovery.
The National Government should task County Governments to be more proactive.
They need improve in Disaster Contingency Planning, Community engagement and sensitization.
Creating more partnerships with stakeholders both state and Non-State.
Resources identification, stock Pilling and timely mobilisation .
The whole community approach as a best practice.
