Trans Nzoia and West Pokot to Work Together in Areas of Interest
Trans Nzoia and West Pokot administrations have resolved to work together in areas of common interest, deputy governor Philomenah Bineah has revealed.
Her remarks came after a meeting with the deputy Governor of West Pokot, Achaule Robert Komolle, who visited her office today.
According to the DG, residents of both counties will benefit more when both counties work together towards a common goal of raising the living standards of residents, whom she says are already trading among themselves.
“We want to work together as a unit. There are many things we have in common as neighbours. We should focus on developing our people, she said.
West Pokot DG said Governor Simon kachapin’s government is committed to working with the Trans Nzoia administration for the betterment of the residents of both counties.
