Trans-Nzoia gubernatorial aspirant Names Joyce Cheruto Keter as His Deputy
Trans-Nzoia gubernatorial aspirant on a Ford Kenya Party Ticket Chris Wamalwa has named Joyce Cheruto Keter as his deputy.
This is after Mwalimu Bethwel Kiplagat Kirior was disqualified by IEBC for failing to resign on time.
“Joyce Cheruto Keter, Transnzoia County Deputy Governor is a mother, a wife, a christian and a child born and bred in Trans Nzoia County. She is from Kaplamai, Cherangany,” Chris Wamalwa while speaking to the press.
Keter started her education in Kitale Academy, pursued her high school certificate at Moi High School Kabarak,she has an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in International Relations from United States International University (USIU).
She is currently pursuing her PhD in International Studies and Diplomacy at the University of Nairobi.
“She has a robust work experience in the field of Political Analysis and Research with: government, Embassies, International Organizations and Universities in high level capacities. Having achieved great fetes at the difference capacities that she has occupied, she is now more keen in using her experience and networks to uplift and transform the lives of the people of Trans- Nzoia through the position of Deputy Governor,” he added.
