Uasin Gishu Solomon Mairitim Kiptarbei alias Governor wa Baiskeli Calls For Financial Support
Uasin Gishu Gubernatorial aspirant Solomon Mairitim Kiptarbei alias governor wa Baiskeli has called on residents to help him finance his campaigns.
Speaking to the press in Eldoret during his campaign trail Kiptarbei called on residents to donate any little thing they have to finance his campaigns.
He vied for the gubernatorial seat in 2017 but became position three.
“As I kick of my campaigns across the County I want to call upon sponsors, well-wishers to come out and help me with financial support to traverse Uasin Gishu County since at the moment I only use my bicycle. My till number is 9578945 anything thing small will be appreciated,” said the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant.
He says he targets Sh 5 million to fund his campaigns.
Kiptarbei further refuted that he is a joker in the gubernatorial race saying he is there to win and nothing else.
“I am not a joker and I will prove my competitors wrong that I am going to win this seat, I vied in 2017 and I became position three is that joker. If elected I want to work for the people of Uasin Gishu and people should not just brush me off since I don’t have money,” he said.
He says what he will do differently if elected he will invest in business where he will put more funds on the same.
“Once elected i will offer bonuses to farmers delivering milk to dairies at end of the year which will help them pay loans and also pay fees for their children,” he said.
