Leading real estate developer, Nyota Njema Real Estate on Saturday 6th April 2024 held its title handover ceremony at an auspicious occasion at the Kenya International Convention Centre. Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer Perminus Kariuki noted:

“I’m pleased to announce that today we have issued more than 500 title deeds to our investors who believe and share in our vision. To this end, we have given over 1000 titles to Kenyans both in the country as well as those in the diaspora who constitute 60% of the clients,”

According to CBK, the country has moved from cumulative inflows of $4,330 million as compared to $4,026 million in a similar period in 2023, an increase of 7.5%.
