He on Monday met the Austrian Envoy in a bid to discuss possible areas of cooperation.
“I had an information exchange discussion over lunch with the Austrian Ambassador to Kenya His Excellency Christian Fellner at his Residence in Nairobi to establish possible engagements between Mbeere North and Austria.The successful conversation exuded potential for mutual exchanges in providing job opportunities in Austria for young professionals from Mbeere North, especially in the IT field and technical industries by working together to streamline the process and identifying qualified graduates willing and equipped to work with Austrian companies.
The ambassador especially emphasized the need to train Kenyan and Mbeere North professionals in ways that model them to become global citizens and international professionals.
We also explored mutual potentialities in tourism exchanges and nursing training programs, as well as an eye on markets for agricultural products.
I was accompanied by Hon. Kariuki Mate and Eric Konji (Constituency Office Manager).”
