Wife Among Four Held in Connection to Marathoner Samson Kandie’s Murder

Eldoret Chief Magistrate Peter Ireri has approved a 14-day detention of four suspects in the murder case of renowned marathoner Samson Kandie. Among the suspects is Kandie’s wife, Rose Ajepkemoi Rotich, a clinical officer at Kabarnet County Referral Hospital, along with Kelvin Juma, Jamleck Morgit, and Felix Murambi Kidhek.

The four are accused of conspiring to kill Kandie, whose body was found in his compound two weeks ago. The suspects were arrested over the Mashujaa Day weekend as police continue investigations.
