Willis Raburu Leaves Citizen TV
Citizen TV presenter Willis Raburu has announced his exit from Royal Media Services (RMS) after 13 years.
Raburu announced through his official Facebook page He wrote “To all my Fans and supporters, as I say farewell to Royal Media Services which has been my home for 13 remarkable years, I will be saying bye bye in all the shows I have been participating in during my time here this whole week! Successful People look like you,” he wrote.
He was the host of the Friday night show 10 Over 10.
“Am grateful to you who have worked with me in all these 13 years I have been in the media doing several different things. Am grateful to my colleagues, am grateful to the opportunity to come out and do whatever it is that I love,” he said.
“I have learnt a lot and I have experienced a lot and it has allowed me to grow in my mind in my appreciation of people, in my appreciation of things and even attitudes,” he continued to narrate his experience at RMS.
He has previously worked as a news reporter, news anchor and host of the Citizen TV morning show.
He was also the host of a radio show on RMS’s Hot 96 radio.
