East Africa Community, ASALs and Regional Development cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano has taken a moment to share with us EAC-UK bilateral agreement.

“As the fastest integrating bloc in Africa, the EAC continues to build on its pet legacy of a single investment destination with coordinated policies deliberately forged to promote more rewarding policies for a thriving business environment.

The single EAC market allows free movement of goods, persons, services, labour and capital, while guaranteeing rights to residence and a favourable business environment for foreign investors.

Reviews of the relevant laws geared towards enabling a smooth operating atmosphere of the EAC Common Market are ongoing in all Partner States.”
