Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka has urged for decisive action against those responsible for the concerning rise in teenage pregnancies among students.
Speaking at Cheptais Catholic Church, Lusaka emphasized the need for stringent measures to curb this issue. “It’s time to identify and hold accountable those involved,” he asserted.
Lusaka announced a stakeholders’ meeting scheduled for next Tuesday at Lugulu Girls, aimed at formulating a comprehensive plan to combat teen pregnancies.
He acknowledged the unity among county leaders, emphasizing its role in facilitating grassroots development.
