Harriet Tubman an American abolitionist and political activist once said, “Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world,” while Martin Luther King Jr. who was an American Baptist minister and activist stated that, “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

In addition, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela who was an anti-apartheid revolutionary, a Nobel Peace Laureate and South Africa’s first Black president confidently observed that “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

These intelligent words from a political activist, a Baptist minister, and an esteemed former president are embodied by one Linus Gerald Marangu who is a courteous, meticulous, brilliant, disciplined, and resilient Police Constable (PC).
