Should You Invest With Your Wife or Husband? Benjamin Zulu Answers
Someone told me that she had just lost a debate with a group of her friends who swore they could never invest with their husbands saying its an imprudent thing to do because you risk getting shortchanged.
They even labelled her as foolish for investing together with her man. If you cannot trust your partner enough to build with them what are you doing with them to begin with? With that level of mistrust and distance how can you ever progress as a couple?
We all say that unity is strength and division is weakness but we don’t see how it applies in our marriages.
Sure there are people who betray their partners later in life but you can always register your assets in two names. Even if something were to happen like the death of one of you, your inlaws wouldn’t chase you out when properties are registered in both names or the children’s.
Two are better than one any day, more so if they’re united. You will move faster and accomplish more when you work like a team rather than building separately.
Exercise all the caution and foresight but don’t forfeit the advantages of working together as a team just because you refuse to trust your partner.
