Priceless Moment for Father and Daughter!
Police Corporal Frederick Oramisi, was all smiles as he congratulated his daughter Sharon Ijeloti, who was the Parade Commander on Thursday, during the direct entry cadets pass out parade at the NPS Main Campus in Kiganjo.
Corporal Oramisi, a highly decorated officer stationed at Industrial Area police station, turned out in his tunic police ceremonial regalia, to witness his daughter perform one of the most distinguished assignments reserved for officers who have performed outstandingly.
Cadet Ijeloti said that she always wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and her enlistment was a perfect example of a dream come true.
His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta, also congratulated cadet Ijeloti for her exemplary performance.
She is now two ranks ahead of her father who was full of pride and admiration for his daughter and jokingly said that he would gladly take orders from her since overtaking is allowed!
