Why I Decided to be an Independent Candidate- Buzeki
Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki has revealed why he opted to run as an independent candidate.
Through his Facebook page he says this is because he trusts on the decisions of the people.
“Thanks a lot for your support. I chose Independent because I trust on the decisions of our people. I also strongly believe that our developmental aspirations are one binding factor.
I am ready and willing to work with anyone that in your wisdom you decide to bring forth. Given an opportunity, my first task will be to harmonize my developmental plan with that of the 30 elected MCAs so that all of us begin the developmental journey together,” Buzeki wrote.
Buzeki vied for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat in 2017 but was defeated bny the incumbent governor Jackson Mandago who is serving his second and last term in office.
Mandago has also declared his interest for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat.
Buzeki will be facing Jonathan Bii alias Koti Moja in the August polls.
We will also create a platform to work with all the MPs in order to ensure UG development plans are integrated. I know for a fact that we can achieve more as a team.

You’re the solution to the current state of poor developments and challenges experienced in our county caused by tumbocrat leaders who rides on baseless slogans to grab leadership for another term.
