MTRH Best Health Institution in OHS
Today Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) received the Occupational Health & Safety(OHS) Award for being the Best Institution in the Health Sector in the implementation of OHS Best Practices.
The best practices included listening to Staff and addressing any issues proactively and preventively; and for the provision of good, decent and safe workplaces and environment.
The trophy was presented to our Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Wilson K. Aruasa, MBS, EBS at the KPA Mbaraki Sportsground, Mombasa by Simon Kiprono Chelugui, EGH, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Social Protection.
The MTRH team was led by CEO, Dr. Wilson K. Aruasa, MBS, EBS and included Chair OHS Committee/ DNS T. Tarus, members of the Committee and OHS Secretariat.
