Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago attending the burial ceremony of President Mwai Kibaki.
Kibaki died after a fter a long illness.
He was Kenya’s president for 10 years before president Uhuru Kenyatta took to over.
Through his Facebook Page Mandago wrote” Attending the burial ceremony of the Late 3rd President of the Republic of Kenya Mzee Emilio Mwai Kibaki in Othaya, Nyeri County. He will be remembered for many strategic reformations he initiated across the country.
”In his ten-year period of leadership, he left a very rich legacy in all the sectors. He is a role model, a statesman, a performer and a true legend who is worth emulation. Once again my condolences to the family, friends and relatives. Rest in Eternal Peace Mr President,” Mandago wrote .
