PHOTOS: DP Ruto Was Received in Uasin Gishu County
Deputy president William Samoei Ruto on Monday toured Uasin Gishu County with an aim of solidifying his support from the region.
He toured Moiben and Kesses Constituencies.
He said his administration will create employment for thousands of unemployed youths.
“Youth unemployment is a time-bomb that poses a huge threat to the stability of country. The Kenya Kwanza team sees tremendous opportunity in our youth and it has a Marshall plan under its manifesto pillars of Agriculture, Manufacturing and Housing that will tackle this crisis,” he said.
Uasin Gishu is the home to the deputy president William Ruto who will be vying for the presidency in the August.
