What Murkomen Said After he was Appointed CS
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has applauded president William Ruto for appointing his as Cabinet secretary for Roads, Transport and Public Works.
Through his Facebook page Murkomen said he will serve the people of Kenya with humility and dedication.
“I want to thank HE President William Ruto for giving me the greatest honor and privilege to serve my country as a Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Public Works. I will serve the people of Kenya with greatest humility and utmost dedication to ensure we achieve our development PLAN. I thank the people of Elgeyo Marakwet County who gave me the platform and built me to be the person I am. God Bless Kenya,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
Murkomen has been a big supporter of president William Ruto’s administration and was on the forefront campaigning for his bid.
He is a big critique of the opposition leader Raila Odinga’s bid.
His bid recieved mixed reactions here are some of their comments.
