Elgeyo Marakwet Speaker Elected CAF Chair
Elgeyo Marakwet Speaker Kiplagat Sabulei has been elected chairman County Assemblies Forum Kenya
Sabulei has retained the Elgeyo Marakwet County Assembly Speaker’s position unopposed.
Leaders from Elgeyo Marakwet led by governor Wisley Rotich congratulated him on his election.
