Brian a Student Supported by a Renowned Police Philanthropist Joins Meru University
Brian a student who supported Renowned Philanthropist administration police officer Sammy Ondimu Ngare and their friends has finally joined Meru University.
Medium came to the rescue of a boy raised by a grandmother who is yet to join university despite scoring a mean grade of B- in KCSE.
The Philanthropic police through his official Facebook page mobilized his friends to raise funds for the boy.
It was a joy after Brian together accompanied by Isaac Motari escorted him to school and a well-wisher, Generol Oguk Lusi Chairman of the Student Association of Meru University (SAMU) Council and Chepkemoi Maritim where they were received by the Ag. Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Simon_Thuranira, and the Ag. Registrar, Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Stephen_Karanja.
“The MUST family appreciated every person who played a part in sharing Brian’s story and all well-wishers in ensuring that he pursues his education. As advised we now have a deferment letter which has confirmed we got our chance,” Ngare through his official Facebook page.
“The management promised to have him stay in the hostels as we look forward to engaging them further on work-study. Thank you DVC Thuranira and RASA Karanja for your great support. Kindly kama unawajua, waambie wao ni watu wa maana sana Meru University,” he added.
He said he achieved this through Kenya’s support.
“I have already deposited 100k fees to the school account. Kazi kwake Brian Next year 2023. Your sh100, sh200, sh500, 1k, 2k, 4k, 10k assisting us sana.
