Governor Bii Wants County Commissioner and Commander to. Deal With Insecurity Cases
Uasin Gishu governor Jonathan Bii now wants the County Commissioner and Commander to deal with increased cases of security.
He says the rising cases of insecurity in our County is a matter that needs to be addressed with the urgency that it deserves.
“As a leader, I will not remain silent as our residents continue to live in fear of being attacked, killed or have their business premises broken into. They deserve to be protected at all costs,” said the Uasin Gishu governor.
He said those behind recent robbery attacks and killing of innocent kenyans should also face the law.
“I hereby call on the security apparatus in Uasin Gishu county to accelerate their investigations and find a lasting solution on the insecurity menace,” he said.
“We are an enterprising County where investors are keen to establish their businesses and insecurity should never cloud our aspirations of becoming a City for all,” he added.
