“Upskilling pedagogy methods for enhanced delivery of training is one of the strategies the State Department is using to ensure effective implementation of CBET Curricula. I laud the Kenya School of TVET for facilitating the ongoing 2-week programme that targets to re-skill trainers to the trainee-centred, demand-driven competency training geared towards equipping individual trainees with skills based on their capabilities and industry needs,” he said.
” I had an opportunity to witness the micro-teach simulations in Kenya Coast National Polytechnic, where I re-emphasized the need to fully implement the CBET curricula to nurture individual trainees’ competencies for the Country’s growth from the bottom to the top since EVERY skill matters and counts.”
