Meet the little known school head transforming Sambu Central primary in Webuye
For over three years,John Temba sat at the helm of Sambu Central primary school in Webuye east, Bungoma county and made it academic hub in the region.
The exemplary Kcpe results of his time remain edged in the memories of his former pupils and other stakeholders alike.
Under his leadership as the Headteacher Sambu Central,the school has produced many highly discipline students in his time.

The soft spoken headteacher says he is optimistic that his candidates will pull another surprise by emerging top in this year national exams.
Temba says he targets a mean score of 360 with a class of 167 candidates.
In 2019,Sambu Central produced the best candidate in Bungoma county who scored 432marks.
Bouyed by the last year performance,the school now aims at producing better results compared to last year.
Temba attributes good results to his teachers,board of management and cooperation from parents.
