Meet 21 Years Old CEO and Founder S/HeDoes Foundation
Meet Chesang Samoei the CEO and founder of S/HeDoes Foundation a non-profitable organization that was started in May 2023.
She says it’s an idea that she got after attending the Kabarak University Women Leadership Conference back in November 2022.
She says the organization aims at handling early pregnancy and teenage family planning, Mentorship and leadership, Education and career opportunities, Mental health, Drug and substance abuse, and Self-awareness and body grooming.
“It handles both teenage boys and girls. Its goal is to make up for young girls who for a while have been left out,” said the 21-year-old.
Samoei says the organization has managed to make an impact on over 200 girls in the month of August in the event that was hosted at Timboroa Forest View Grounds.
“We gave each of the attendees a packet of pads and we were also to go green by planting over 50 trees. We’re going by the president’s goal to plant 15 billion trees,” she added.
She says she hopes that they host a tournament in December in Uasin Gishu County and also, expand their wings beyond the County.
