Meru Governor Donates This to His Electorates
Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza has issued a chicken defeathering machine, an animal feed mixer, an animal feed miller, and chicken transportation cages to Mwirine Local Poultry Model Village at Igoki Police Post grounds in Ntima East ward.
This initiative is aimed at strengthening poultry farming, enriching nutrition, and promoting wealth generation among members of the model village, ultimately contributing to their long term economic independence.
She further commissioned a new garbage collection tractor, a significant addition in my administration’s commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our towns.
“The goal is to keep Meru clean and green as we work towards achieving city status. Additionally, I had the pleasure of receiving the initial shipment of the 3,409 Community Health Promoter (CHP) kits allocated to Meru County by our President H.E. Dr. William Ruto. To ensure that all our CHPs can provide excellent healthcare services at the grassroot level, my government has also procured an additional 300 kits. My dedication to delivering sustainable development and prosperity to every corner of our county remains resolute,” she added.
