CS Chelugui Pays a Courtesy Call to Governor Bii
Cabinet Secretary for Cooperatives and Micro and Small Enterprises, Simon Kiprono Chelugui, paid a courtesy call to Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim to discuss the upcoming national tree planting program.
Mr. Chelugui stressed the importance of making tree planting a part of Kenyan culture in order to combat climate change and global warming.
He commended the plans put in place by Governor Chelilim and the Kenya Forest Service to achieve the national target of planting 15 billion trees by 2032.
