Governor Bii’s Roads Team Engages With MCA’s
County Executive Committee Member for Roads, Transport and Public Works Eng. Joseph Lagat and his team held a meeting with Members of the County Assembly drawn from Kapseret and Kesses Sub Counties to strategize on how to implement road projects in 2024.
The two separate meetings also looked at the successes of the department and discussed new formulas for implementing projects in the remaining period of the 2023/24 financial year.
The MCAs pledged to support the programs fully and adhere to the agreed resolutions for each Sub-County as they push to support the realization of the Nguzo Kumi Agenda number 6 on infrastructure development.
The department will hold similar meetings with MCAs from Moiben, Soy, Turbo and Ainabkoi Sub-Counties.
