CS Murkomen Hands Over a 67 Seater Bus to Moi Girls Kapsowar
CS Roads Kipchumba Murkomen handed over a 67-seater bus to Moi Girls Kapsowar in Elgeyo Marakwet County.
Murkomen says the bus the bus will help students take part in educational excursions and other important outings.
He later laid a foundation stone for a library complex, which will also house a computer lab, departmental offices, and a boardroom.
“Construction has started in earnest and is expected to be completed in 9 months,” he said.
Also in attendance were CS Susan Nakhumicha, Governor Wisley Rotich, Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot, MPs Timothy Toroitich (Marakwet West), Prof Phyllis Bartoo (Moiben), Josses Lelmengit (Emgwen), David Lagat ( Soy) and Alice Ng’ang’a (Thika Town).
